Who are you
whose name is 'I Am'?
-Anthony Paul Moo-Young, "Mooji"
The Supreme I Am
When the movement of the cosmic energy
passes through the thought "I am", as it were,
the "I am" experiences it
as an experience of the receiving end
and as an expression at the giving end.
This is very much like the broadcasting station
relaying an overseas broadcast:
the local station receives and transmits.

I am the dust in the sunlight, I am the ball of the sun...
I am the mist of morning, the breath of evening...
I am the spark in the stone, the gleam of gold in metal...
The rose and the nightingale drunk with its fragrance.
I am the chain of being, the circle of the spheres,
The scale of creation, the rise and the fall.
I am what is and is not...
I am the soul in all.
-Djalal ad-Din Rumi

I am the supreme All-Being,
whose playful transmutation is the macrocosm,
and I am the innermost principle in man - in the microcosm;
I am the divine life-principle revealed in the melody of the breath.
I am the Lord, the all-containing cosmic giant
and the Self, the imperishable divine-life center in man.
"I bring forth the universe from my essence
and I abide in the cycle of time that dissolves it.
