The positive pole of the mind is spirituality;
the negative pole is materiality.
The first is I Am; the second is I am not.
When the I-am-not thoughts gets possession of a life,
that life goes down into negation, or falls asleep...
Everything that relaxes its I Am energy,

Say to yourself silently, "I AM."

Then imagine you are hearing the Master Self within

speaking the same words, "I AM."

Usually the words as registered in the mind and feeling nature

will seem to come from two different coordinates in consciousness,

so your objective is to align the two I AMs into one voice.

Keep repeating the process, silently speaking "I AM"

and listening with the inner ear to Self saying "I AM"

- and each time feel the two voices

drawing closer and closer together

until there is only one I AM.
